IT Support (part-time)


ARTIN Solutions, we have already more than 100 colleagues working on various projects such as custom software development, OSS/ BSS solutions for telecommunications, Identity Access Management (IAM), Customer Communications Management (CCM) and information security. 

In order for everything to work smoothly, we are looking for new colleague in the infrastructure team.

  • Tasks and responsibilities:
    - Help colleagues with technical problems on their laptops or network connection
    - Be able to identify the problem and propose appropriate resolutions
    - Help improve maintanance and security of employees laptops
    - Try new things and work with unknown technologies
    Our expectation are: 
    - You has already gained an overview of information technology
    - You have experience with OS Windows servers and Windows AD domain
    - You have a basic knowledge of networks - IP Address, MAC Address, Switch, Router, Fiewall
    - You are also familiar with VPN and know what it is for
    - Xou want to constantly improve and you like to see the results behind you
    - During your studies, you can set aside 20 hours a week for work (we count on your exam terms)
    - The advantage is if you have already worked with Confluence and have an overview of HW / SW trends 
    Salary:  6€/hour (depends on experience)
